Bobby's practice focuses exclusively on civil litigation. Since 1989, he has had considerable experience handling overtime wage claims, breach of contract claims, claims for failing to pay commission, medical and legal malpractice claims, health care fraud, insurance disputes, and other personal injury matters. He is a 1989 graduate of South Texas College of Law, where he was a member of Law Review and Order of the Lytae, and a 1986 graduate of Baylor University. His professional affiliations include memberships with the National Employment Lawyers' Association - Wage and Hour Committee, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the American Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and Houston Bar Association.
